Steps
Pour the flour into the mixing bowl, and create a divot in the center of the flour where we will crack the eggs into.

Crack the eggs into the divot and beat the eggs so the egg yolks and egg whites mix.

Mix the flour and the eggs together until the concoction starts to congeal

Take the dough out of the mixing bowl, and knead the dough by pressing the heal of your and and flattening the dough then fold it and repeat. Do this for several minutes or until the dough is smooth.

Roll out the dough until it is less than one quarter inch thick all around.

Slice the dough to turn it into noodles.

Boil the pasta for 5 minutes, or until it starts to float.

Strain the noodles, pair with your favorite pasta sauce, serve warm, and enjoy!
